The whole purchase process went very smoothly and she kept us up to date during our waiting. We wanted a specific model and had to wait a few months for the delivery. I was prepared for the possibility of inflated prices, i was greeted in a welcoming manner, the process of ordering the tail light cover that i need was explained (in spanish to my friend) + a surprisingly reasonable price, the order/info area is bright + clean, best of course was the service information! :)) big sign on av Bonampak can't be missed!
This is the only KIA dealership in Cancún. The service is quite far from good. They need more training and experience. The cars are excellent and eye catching. Hopefully you will receive a better customer service now. They don't have their own bank, so they offer you 3rd party financial plans. I hope soon they improve that to sell even more. They sell a lot.
I went to get information about their leasing and financial services and was told I would get an answer vía phone, it's been two weeks since that day and still have no answer from the vender who's name I will with hold for obvious reasons, Horrible customer service!
